How we are constituted
Alomarada Ltd is a private company registered in England and Wales. It operates as a commercial advisory and execution firm, engaged directly by boards, executives, investors and institutional counterparties.
Work is led by senior practitioners rather than delegated to junior analytical teams. The firm takes a limited number of mandates at any time, because the standard of judgement we hold ourselves to does not survive volume.
We do not provide regulated legal, financial, investment, audit, sanctions or formal due-diligence services, and we do not hold ourselves out as doing so. Where a mandate requires regulated advice, we work alongside the client's appointed advisers.

We state the basis of every view
Findings are delivered with their evidence, its provenance and its limits. Where the evidence is thin, we say the evidence is thin.

We record contradictions rather than resolve them silently
Where sources conflict, the conflict is surfaced to the decision-maker instead of being smoothed into a single confident narrative.

We decline work we cannot do well
If the firm lacks genuine experience in a market, sector or question, we say so at first contact rather than learning at the client's expense.

We make no claim we cannot evidence
The firm publishes no client names, testimonials, coverage maps or performance figures it cannot substantiate.
