Inputs, not conclusions
Intelligence informs a mandate. It never substitutes for the examination and judgement the mandate exists to provide.
Intelligence
Fragmented, contested and stale information is the normal condition of a consequential commercial decision. Our discipline is deciding what may be relied upon.
How intelligence is treated
In practice
Intelligence informs a mandate. It never substitutes for the examination and judgement the mandate exists to provide.
Any intelligence entering a mandate carries its source and date, and is rated for sufficiency alongside all other evidence.
Alomarada consumes selected intelligence from external and associated sources where it is relevant and defensible, and excludes it where it is not.
Relationship
GMI is a separate intelligence line associated with the Abraham of London intellectual and intelligence estate. It is not an Alomarada product and is not operated from this firm.
Where GMI material is relevant to a mandate, Alomarada consumes it as one evidence input among others, subject to the same provenance and sufficiency standards applied to every source.
Next decision
Engagements begin with a short, confidential conversation about what is being decided, what is already known and whether Alomarada is the right firm to take it.
